BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS
Scope includes (but is not limited to): Drive market growth through placement of the BarLink System; management of product partner programs, including inventory & distribution logistics; pursuit of localized advertising outsourcing for sale of ad space; development and oversight of affiliates team, including training programs, compensation structures, performance measurement tools; oversight of all Location accounts, Advertiser client relations, and BarLink affiliates/representatives within designated market.
This would initially be an independent contract position with future full-time employment consideration dependant on performance. Generous revenue-sharing and incentive structure. Considerable growth opportunities, both locally and nationwide (eventual multi-market/multi-team oversight with company growth).
Candidates will be computer savvy, familiar with online social networking trends, and comfortable with basic computer and A/V hardware set-up (or willing to learn); individual will be aggressive, entrepreneurial, self-disciplined, and charismatic business/sales professional.
